The event will run from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at two locations:

Open to all St. Pete residents, the giveaway includes 500 trees (one per household) available on a first-come, first-served basis. It’s a great way to celebrate Earth Day (April 22) and Arbor Day (April 25)—while adding a touch of natural beauty to your property.
Don’t forget to bring a container—organic soil and mulch will also be provided to help your new tree thrive. Residents can choose from four Florida-friendly varieties:
• South Florida Slash Pine
• Sand Live Oak
• Sweetgum
• Sugarberry
